Cerea is a planet located in the Mid Rim region of the galaxy inside the Segami sector. Home of the Cerean species, Cerea was known for its peoples connection with nature, and technology was frowned upon by more conservative government officials. Because of this, most of Cerea's foreign immigrants and visitors were only allowed in the planets Outsider Citadels. This ensured that the foreigners technology didn't contaminate Cerea's culture.
Cerea was governed by the Council of Elders, which was led by a president.
