One of the Empire’s foremost military manufacturers, Sienar Fleet Systems developed and built the TIE fighter and its variants, as well as technologies such as the XX-23 S-thread tracker. With the Empire expanding rapidly and seeking to tighten its grip on the galaxy’s planets, Sienar aggressively sought new sites for its factories, building several on the Outer Rim world of Lothal.
