本人用了好几个播放器均无法连续正常播放。

下载了视频，直接把文件加上扩展名.wmv，即可播放。
系统：windows 7 pro SP1
软件：WMP12
我安装了完美解码，有可能有所帮助。

VC1就是微软自己的视频编码，WMP只要版本够高就一定能放
至于后缀……只能说wmp比较傻……
